As Cultural Affairs Officer at the EU Delegation in Algeria, I managed and coordinated the 2nd Euro-Algerian Photography Residency – a cross-cultural creation programme that brought together 20 Algerian and European photographers in Constantine (November 2014). Under the artistic direction of renowned Spanish photographer Juan Angel De Corral, the residency produced approximately 70 works capturing the heritage, architecture, inhabitants, bridges, alleyways, and Andalusian malouf music of the ancient city of Cirta.

The resulting itinerant exhibition, "Constantine, regards croisés, patrimoine et culture" (Constantine, Shared Perspectives, Heritage and Culture), was inaugurated at Bastion 23 (Palais du Raïs) in Algiers in May 2016, in the presence of EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations, Mr. Johannes Hahn. The exhibition was a highlight of the 17th European Cultural Festival in Algeria and featured works by photographers including Jean-Christophe Ballot (France), Gastão de Brito e Silva (Portugal), Ákos Major (Hungary), Frédéric Materne (Belgium), and Algerian artists Louiza Sid Ammi, Yassin Belahsene, Sarah Bellache, and Labib Benslama.

A fine art book compiling the photographs was also published, showcasing Constantine's architectural heritage and cultural traditions. The exhibition later travelled to Brussels at the The External Relations hall for a year startinh June 2017.

My role: Programme Management and coordination, liaison with 18 EU member states' cultural services, partnership management with the Algerian Ministry of Culture, and executive production of the exhibition and the Art book.
